What could YOU spend £10,000 on for your CHARITY, SCHOOL, COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY, CLUB, COMPANY etc.?

How many Jumble Sales, Fêtes or Raffles would you have to organise to raise say £10,000? Well, here is a fun way to raise that money in just ONE DAY!

Everyone will have fun – your staff, parents and your students! SCAD Diving has a 100% accident-free safety record.

In addition to people wanting to take the plunge themselves, here are just a few ideas which establishments can use (some of these have worked very well on a children’s morning TV broadcast!):
    Students:
  • Raise sponsorship to drop your parents from 160 feet up! a brother, sister or even your teacher!
    Lecturers and Department Heads:
  • Get people to Sponsor the Principal or Department Head to take the plunge!
  • Get your own back – have your favourite (or least favourite?) teacher dropped from on high!
And best of all – THEY WILL LOVE DOING IT!

Wouldn’t it be nice to have Parents, Relatives and Friends of students queuing up to help you raise funds for the university, school etc. for a change!

Here are some examples:
100 Divers raising just £100.00 each equals £10,000.00 raised (in total)
  • The costs are £50.00 per Diver which equals £5,000.00
  • This means that at the end of the day, there is £5,000.00 raised for the school, club etc.
200 Divers raising just £100.00 each equals £20,000.00 raised (in total)
  • The costs are £50.00 per Diver which equals £10,000.00
  • his means that at the end of the day, there is £10,000.00 raised for the university, college etc.
150 Divers raising just £150.00 each equals £22,500.00 raised (in total)
  • The costs are £50.00 per Diver which equals £7,500.00
  • This means that at the end of the day, there is £15,000.00 raised for your charity, company etc.
And these are not unachievable figures – if anything they are pretty “average”!. Almost every week we help charities throughout the country raise this and more! SCAD Diving has already raised over £400,000 for charities of all types up and down the UK. Most charities will target raising about £7-10,000 with an average SCAD event, although some have raised over £64,000 in one day!

Whilst we mention a minimum of 100 divers, we can process up to 300 divers per day! Also, most people will raise more than the minimum sponsorship required. (The reported average seems to be around £135 each.)
